Standard Travel Vaccine Recommendations
To ensure that you will be safe throughout your travels, our team of qualified practitioners recommend certain vaccinations for your well-being. If you place on traveling outside of Europe, Walthamstow’s travel health clinic recommends the following vaccines: Hepatitis A, Typhoid and Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio (DTP) vaccines.
For anyone traveling to a developing world, our team recommends considering the hepatitis B vaccine, especially if you will be traveling for an extended amount of time. If you will be traveling to any rural areas of developing countries, our team at Walthamstow’s travel health clinic advises on getting the Cholera vaccine. To avoid getting the most common travel illness, we also advise on getting the Dukoral vaccine. The Dukoral vaccine is an oral vaccine that would need to be taken in two doses, each dose one week apart.
